Accounts Preparation
This is simply summarising all the transactions of your business for the whole accounting year and putting them into a recognised format, providing eventually a Profit & Loss Account and a Balance Sheet.
- we will prepare Accounts either in Sage Accounting Package or any other Accounting Package specified. Mainly Accounts will include the following:
- Cash Book
- Bank Book
- General Ledger
- Debtors Ledger
- Creditors Ledger
- Sales Register
- Purchase Register, etc
- On the basis of the above Book of Accounts and records, we will prepare draft Trial Balance and will send you for perusal and suggestions if any.
- If there are any changes suggested by you on the basis of draft trial balance, the same will be incorporated here as per the suggestion.
- After incorporating necessary changes suggested by you in the books of accounts, we will prepare and send draft annual accounts which will comprise mainly:
- Balance Sheet and its Schedules
- Trading and Profit & Loss Account or Income & Expenditure Account and its Schedules
- Capital Account(s)
We aim not only to prepare your accounts in line with the regulatory requirements dictated by the Companies Act and HM Revenue and Customs, but also to suggest performance enhancing measures that can be made to both the business and the accounting records.
